  1. Nebraska AG Students Rank High At Ilinois

    In addition to the five students in agribusiness and 10 students in crops contests which were hosted at Black Hawk College, NCTA also sent four students to compete in meat science and 20 classes of live animal evaluation.Some contests give away hardware awards but this one was more organic themed with tool-engraved leather banners and plaques made of varnished tree wood slices, symbolic for agricultural studies.

  2. How Can We Stop Farmer Suicides?- All farmers across the nation are facing some serious problems and a lot of them need some serious help. Farmers across the nation are experiencing drought, debt and other problems that are causing farmers to go into serious droughts themselves. Farming is the second highest job in the United States behind Firefighting or Police Officers that are causing suicides. Michael Rosmann, a member of a group looking at farmers, and others, behaviors are researching this topic and trying to figure out a way to stop it.

  3. 4-H, Tractor Supply Begins Fundraising:

    Tractor Supply Co. is being a partnership with 4-H, and is going to sell clovers for $1 to raise money. This money is for kids to be involved in 4-H and learn knew things. The partnership with Tractor Supply is also very good for them, because it raises awareness of what they are, and gets more people involved. Last year over 48 states, the "Clover Campaign" got 1.5 Million dollars for 4-H.

  5. Man near death takes extra job for family- There was a grandfather who have been fighting cancer got a job to help his family. He is 69 and still works full time and only has 2 to 10 weeks to live.

  6. Tractor Supply begins fundraising
    Tractor supply is helping the 4-H with money. For every clover its 1 dollar goes to the 4-H people. Last year almost all the states did this and raised about 1.5 million dollars
