  1. I think land judging went well. I felt this year that I had a way better understanding of how everything works and means. The only thing I was surprised was that all the permeabilities were slow when we were told there was no slow.

  2. It was okay. There were a couple people mad about how they did, I was confident going into the competition, but I left disappointed. What stood out? Nothing really. What changes? I would like to go to more places to practice, and not do it as a group, so I learn. The SLOW permeabilities. Wear boots next year. My feet were very cold.

  4. I think that it went really well except that their was a few permeability's that I didn't know and one surface texture surprised me. Other than that I thought every thing else was good.

  6. I think it was good, I would never have imagined that I would do something like that while I am here in the USA, so I liked it, but I think it was harder to me.

  8. It was good, I did a lot better than I did last year. I think I did a lot better, because it was my second year, and I understood it a lot better. I thought it was weird that we were in a turnip field though

  9. What stood out to me was that we did really good at contest. Changes that I would make is we should have know slow and fine soils better but we learn from our mistakes. I felt that I wasn't prepared for the slow and fine soil textures. I learned lots of different things about land judging.

  10. I think that land judging this year went fairly well. I felt a lot more prepared for it this year, so I was a lot more ready and confident. I had the mindset that there wasn't going to be any slow permeabilities which hurt my score a lot.
