  1. I think this means that sometime ago being a leader meant making the right decisions for the group, and nowadays being a leader means making sure everyone is getting along.

  2. I think this means that it is a lot harder to be a leader now. You can't just be powerful you need to be respectful and then people will be more willing to follow in your steps.
