    I think this means that sometime ago being a leader meant making the right decisions for the group, and nowadays being a leader means making sure everyone is getting along.

    I think this means that it is a lot harder to be a leader now. You can't just be powerful you need to be respectful and then people will be more willing to follow in your steps.

    I think that mean that have muscles don't make you a good leader, you have to show the way and try to do your best for your followers

    To be a leader you need to be the one who has to make the hard choices and lead your followers down the right path.

    Leadership is not just about who is the strongest/ toughest anymore, it is about who is going to help the team the most, and who is going to be the best leader for the whole team, and the person that is going to take responsibility.
